  • Weddings can be booked up to a year in advance, and preferably no less than 3 months. However, if you have less time, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • 4-6 weeks in advance is the standard. However, you can book your preview whenever works best for you.

  • The bride should give herself an average of 3 hours. Nom and sips will be provided.

  • The bride will have already completed a preview questionnaire and will have sent her makeup and hair inspiration photos as well as photos of herself and dress. We will discuss the direction that fits best and all details of her wedding. Please bring your veil and/or hair combs if you have purchased them. If not, we have a try then buy program with Hair Comes the Bride which includes a 20% discount. They will send you a selection of 3 hair accessories to try on for your preview.

  • Sometimes family and friends want to schedule previews for the wedding. We suggest they come to the preview and/or wait for your confirmation to move forward. If after your preview, they would like to book a separate appointment, we can definitely accommodate them as well.

  • We provide a luxury service for our brides so we use the best professional products in the industry. We also discuss any allergies or sensitivities you may have to ensure a seamless and flawless experience.

  • Absolutely! The purpose of your preview is to confirm your look with the lead artist that will be assigned to you for your wedding day. The day your preview is booked, we place a hold on that artist for your wedding date. However, keep in mind, if we don’t receive your deposit and signed contract after your preview, we will need to open up the artist's availability for that date.

  • We recommend purchasing clip-in extensions to best achieve your desired look. We have samples for you to use during the preview and the artist can show you how they would look with your bridal style. If you love them, we can color match you and place an order that day. We typically receive your order within 7-10 business days. We can style both clip-in extensions or any type of permanent extensions as long as it is human hair.

  • We require a non-refundable deposit to hold your wedding date. After your preview, you pay 25% of your total and the balance is due the week before the wedding.

  • Peace of mind. When weddings have issues, the number one problem turns out to be the makeup artist or hair stylist. We won't let this happen to you. Having a team of artists, you can rest assured no matter what comes up, you are covered. Second, we specialize in corrective bridal beauty for all ethnicities and cultures. Corrective beauty is different than what an Independent Beauty Consultant, Department Store Artist, Beauty Salon Artist, TV/Film Artist, or even your friend who loves makeup can ever possibly do. Corrective Makeup is taking the epitome of beauty and transferring that knowledge to our client's features with the correct highlighting, contouring, and application skills. All of which will be photographed in color, b/w, flash, video in HD 4K, indoors, outdoors, sunset, and evenings. Any bridal artist should know how to make sure your makeup and hair last all night and make sure you look your absolute best on your last day as a single woman!

  • Because you are the bride, it's your day, it's your moment. We spend more time and attention on you! From the very first day of contact, up until the day of the wedding. From phone calls, emails, contracts, and creating day-of schedules to the extra time spent getting the bride ready on her big day, and spending extra time on her hair & makeup, our focus is always on her. Since the bride is the main client, as it’s her wedding day, all of this is included in her price.

  • We typically spend a total of 2 hours or less on the bride for hair & makeup. Bridesmaids will take about 30-45 minutes each. We prefer to do the bride second to last.

  • Have everyone in the bridal party arrive with clean, dry hair and clean makeup and serum free face. On the day of, wear a robe or button down shirt.

  • We prefer the bride go second to last so that all she has left to do is put on her dress when the photographer arrives. Brides should consider having their makeup totally done before the photographer arrives and just stage the touch ups being done for photographs.

  • Yes! For every wedding we block off the last 15 minutes before leaving to ensure that everyone looks perfect! Our hairstylist will check for any loose pieces of hair or visible bobby pins. Our makeup artists will apply lip color and powder noses. Any additional time is used to help our artists clean up and pack.

  • Yes. We understand that sometimes there might be a member in your family or bridal party that asks if they can receive services on the day of. Please make sure to ask the lead artist first so timing can be determined. All services that are added on must be paid online by the bride and a separate invoice will be sent.
